So I missed this article from the New York Times Magazine in May, but it's a pretty well thought out description of the Google Book thing (which I first blogged about here: ).
Wired Magazine's Kevin Kelly concludes by accurately describing the conflict comes down to what he calls the clash of the business models. Makes sense. Does copyright law really fit the new technology of copying and search?
