And Speaking of Google: ACS settles trademark case against Google Scholar
After a couple of years of flopping around, the American Chemical Society (ACS) and Google have settled a trademark infringement case. ACS alleged that Google Scholar infringed on ACS's SciFinder Scholar. The settlement apparently includes a gag clause, so nobody's talking about what it entailed.
