Rebuilding Afghanistan

Another non-publishing post about my high-school friend Dave Wylie, who is commanding a unit in the remote Farah province of Afghanistan. Dave specializes in civil reconstruction and is a Lt. Col. in the Army Reserves. As you can imagine, his talents have been in great demand, and he was called up for active duty last year.
